The Mini Games are numerous and entertaining, and most of the puzzles give you the option to play the game in either an Easy of Hard mode which is a feature I really like. Mini Games: A nice variety here too. The one challenging one to me was driving the airship. If you prefer the CE version of games the The Forgotten Fairytales: The Spectra World has collectibles, artifacts and morphing objects to be found. I think all levels of players will find this one fun for one reason or another.
Animation is excellent, movement are very smooth. One of the reason's I liked this game better than the last, is that there are a ton of Mini Games, most of which are super easy. The graphics are beautifully hand drawn which the production team has become famous for in all of their games. The story doesn't get a lot better as you play, you have cliche over cliche with a few minor exceptions which I won't reveal in order not to spoil your experience, the story of the game seems uninspired and It really can't draw you in.
The HOPS are absolutely a delight with items that are well depicted. Music: Fits the game just right. This time it doesn't get outright booming. Oh, and if you just don't like HOPS, you can always switch to a mini game to help complete the scenes. The Collector's Edition is also quite rewarding, it includes a strategy guide, wallpapers, concept art, a screensaver, soundtracks, achievements, collectibles, morphing objects, and a secret room.
This game has it all from crisp jewel-toned graphics that are absolutely gorgeous, to interesting interactive HOPS and lots of excellent puzzles. In terms of entertainment and relaxation, this game delivers just what you need! I really got into the story when the demo ended. Game development team did a brilliant job getting the player to feel involved with the story and connected to the protagonist.
The voice overs seems to be recorded by some really bored actors and the soundtrack doesn't excel either. The production team did a great job with the sights and sounds. The graphics are beautiful and, yes, icy but perfect for a cold and rainy day here in my town. My reviews are based only on what I happen to enjoy in gaming and you might like something different so, as always, please try the demo to see if you might enjoy this amazing game.
It seems like all of the serial games are basically the same. For the experienced player, this game doesn't hold much of a challenge. HOGS: There is a nice variety and I'm truly enjoying them. You're not bored with the same old same old. It's just nice to have a fun and relaxing game to play. This is one of them.
They were creative.
