Walk down three times.

Insert the SILVER DOLLAR into the slot (V) to acquire the BOTTLED WATER; take the reel (W) and look at the flyer (purple).

Move forward, turn left.

Pour the BOTTLED WATER over the flames; take ELECTRIC EEL 2/2 (X).

Walk down, move forward twice.

Connect 2 ELECTRIC EELS to the device (Y); pull the lever (green).

Walk down twice, turn right.
