Place the MALE FIGURINE on the left (R) and the FEMALE FIGURINE on the right (S). Locate the 8 hidden crystals in 30 moves or less; select any square to begin digging. Squares with rocks will take 3 moves to uncover; sandy squares take 2 moves to uncover. Take the crystals as you find them, then look for a purple glow on the board to give you a hint where another crystal hides. Check the number of crystals you have found here (T).
