Look inside the barrel and take the SPLINT (K).

Look at the oil drum, take the NAILS and attach the VALVE (O).

Walk down twice.

Look at David; use the GAUZE, SLING, and SPLINT on him (P).

Talk to David and he will give you the FEMALE FIGURINE (Q).

Walk to the house and look at the mini-game on the front door.
