Examine the newspaper; move the scrap of paper and take the 3/8 PUZZLE PIECE (M).

Examine the firebox; use the FIREBOX KEY on the lock (N).

Take the 4/8 PUZZLE PIECE (O), the HAMMER (P), and the CROWBAR (Q).

Walk down to the street.
