Take the LIGHTER (S).

Use the HOOK ON A ROPE (P) to take the SNAKE HEAD (T).

Insert the SNAKE HEAD (T) in the seal on the gate.

Place the numbers on the clock in order. You can swap the tokens at the opposite ends of the dials. Press and drag the snake heads to move them.

Go to Outside the Tower.
