The task book is in the left corner of the inventory panel. Click it to see the task. The door of the Library turned out to be closed. Perhaps it is my first challenge to overcome here. I guess I am to find a way of opening the doors.

At the bottom right, there is a map. Click on it to open. The library map opens when you click on the bundle of papers marked "Library Plan".

There's a rake handle on the pavement in front of the library. Click on it to add it to the inventory. The fountain sign is sparkling. Click on it to take a closer look.

Open the inventory by moving tour mouse over the bottom of the screen. Click on the handle and then on the rake head.
